Dr. Amin Esfahani

Dr. Esfahani, a native of Toronto, Canada, completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Toronto. He earned his medical degree at New York Medical College (NYMC) and completed his internship at Massachusetts General Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Medical School. His dermatology residency was at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University, where he served as Chief Resident.

Passionate about leadership and mentoring, Dr. Esfahani was president of NYMC’s student governing body and served on the ACGME’s Review Committee for Dermatology. He has mentored numerous healthcare professionals and contributed to peer-reviewed medical research and book chapters.

Dr. Esfahani has received many honors, including being named among Modesto Bee’s Best in Modesto in 2023 and induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and Alpha Omega Alpha for his compassionate care and academic excellence.

Dr. Esfahani relocated to the Central Valley in 2021, and his experiences here have been instrumental in shaping the foundation of Central Valley Skin Specialists. Serving this diverse and culturally rich community has provided valuable insights into the unique healthcare challenges it faces. Motivated by these experiences, Dr. Esfahani established a practice focused on accessibility and personalized care. As a local resident, he is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals and families in the region.
